Yes, it absolutely will accept a 1tb HDD. Prior to the F206 firmware it was limited to a500gb HDD. With the F206 or newer firmware the
DVR will support a 1tb HDD. It increases capacity to 142hrs of
HD recording and 542hrs 08mins SD.
