Converter for Seiko TV Watch (portable)

This is a strange one. I have vintage Seiko TV Watch that receives its signal from an antenna (which is the headphones). This is a long shot I know but can anyone thing of a way to get a converter for this? I dont can about it being portable, just want to see a picture on the old girl again.
Also, I am not afraid to open it up and splice into the internal antenna if that would work. Thanks a lot!
