At UVA, our main PBS is WHTJ, which is owned by Commonwealth Public Broadcasting, and has MHz WV on 41-3. All the programming is either foreign programming in English, or the programming has English subtitles. I am an addict of RT News, France 24 News, and DW News.
It's an amazing channel and I wish that I could get my local PBS at home to carry it...

OTA.
