ae87, Welcome to the DTVUSA Forum. I have never experienced an online purchase using a $40.00 coupon, but I have dealt with Dish Network and I find them to be a trustworthy company. I would presume the fact that he didn't ask for your personal information when you told him of your concern, tells me there system probably does this to everyone. I believe your instincts to wait patiently until Monday are correct. If you call back on Monday and there is still a problem then I would elevate your concerns to a manager. Has anyone else had this problem with ordering from Dish Network? If I see that I get credited for the coupon then I probably won't call back, but if nothing is resolved by Monday, I will give them another call. Thanks for listening, just wanted to vent a little.
