Yes, your assumption is correct. The
DVR has
TVGOS regardless of whether the TV has
TVGOS ability or not. That helps me quite a bit. I wasn't able to get the
TVGOS on my DTVPal Plus
CECB at the cabin, but get it on my
DVR at home. The update is much appreciated.
