Default Wow - Big surprise

Just for the heck of it this morning, I turned on the antenna and saw this message staring at me -- "20 new channels added".

Oh yeah? And without me doing a rescan? OKay -- let's check this out.

I'll be darned -- there were 20 more channels, most stemming from the San Francisco region. The best for me is one called KOFY. It airs Perry Mason and The Streets of San Francisco. I was shocked. I went and rescanned my other hookup, and there they were.

Now why did one do it automatically and I had to rescan for the other?

That was this morning. Just now I turned it on again and what do you know - three more San Fran channels.

Me thinks someone just got some powerful new antenna are something.

No complaints! Now if one of them would carry RTN, I'd be happy, but I don't see any indication of that unfortunately.
