Piggie: My Chicago data is outdated. I don't have a contact in the area, and so that data is from when 7-2 was in SD. I think 7-1 should now be closer to 11 Mbps and 7-2 around 5.5 Mbps, just based on what the other ABC O&O stations look like.
As far as I know, channel 32 is not yet on the air. SiliconDust doesn't show it.
WCIU's power increase will happen when it happens. The guy from WCIU on the AVS thread won't give you a straight answer because he can't give one. There are too many variables involved.
