I have one of these:
Newegg.com - KWORLD SA290-Q LE Digital TVBox w/YPbPr 1080i Output - TV Tuners & Video Devices

The tuner is excellent.
HD picture quality is great.
SD picture quality somewhat below par.
The GUI is clunky.
