Default Would a Channel Master 4221HD balun improve the old 4221 version?

Is this a low loss balun that would improve the old 4221? Or are these low loss baluns designed specifically for a particular antenna? That seems unlikely.

Im thinking about trying to scrape one up from Channel Master to try with my old American Made 4221.
