Default Dish is out of allignment

Having signal problems after I did some yard work last week. Must have bumped the dish accidentally. Anyway, I used to get a signal of 95-100 on my signal meter, now I'm lucky if I get 82-85 where it starts dropping completely. What's the easiest way to realign it? It's a bit difficult because I don't have access to a TV to see what's going on when I move the dish!
