yea but not everyone uses Linux (or Mac).
I use Safari though. the PC version. my phone uses Opera Mini.
Firefox was too slow on even my new netbook too. it seemed to take forever to load and had this bad habit if trying to update just like Microsoft. no way to turn it off and i also had the annoying 'continue' message on some sites due to 'invalid security certificate' and couldn't turn it off. that last one was a deal breaker for me. i mean how long can you live with this each time you sign in to Yahoo! Mail or Online Banking or even DTVUSA Forum? (image used was an example, in my case the date/time WAS correct it just annoyed me to no end)
And as much as i hate windows forcing me to update itself, the last thing i needed was a browser doing the same. either annoying me to death until i gave in such as the next example image to even going ahead and forcing it, leaving the 'Later' option greyed out.
