ANYBODY KNOWS IF SOME OF THE 16 DIGITS FOR THE ICN ARE THE SAME FOR ALL THE COUPONS, FOR EXAMPLE THE FIRST 9 DIGITS?

KNOWING THIS WOULD BE VERY USEFUL IN ENTERING THE DATA, MAYBE USE A TEMPLATE.
