As of this time, I have not been able to find a solution for handheld or mobile television owners.
The
FCC has mandated that only digital signals are broadcasted, even during hurricanes. I find this kind of surprising, given the fact that there are a lot of people that depend on their handheld television sets for news and updates during a hurricane.
