We too, did not receive our cards in a timely manner. When we finally did, noone in our area had any in stock. This wasn't an easy feet either since we live a good 40 minutes from most major retailers. We went on vacation for a few weeks and then quite honestly forgot about them. When we took them out a few weeks ago, we discovered the cards had expired. While I admit it is our fault for not noticing the expiration date sooner, I am outraged that we are being mandated by the government to make this switch and yet they aren't ensuring there is good stock available, nor are they taking any measures to helping consumers who have lost or never received coupons. Had this been a retailer pulling this stunt, you know heads would fly. I agree this is a SCAM of the greatest proportions.
