Tasks to complete for entry for converter contest

Hi,
I'm new to the DTVUSA Forum and in fact this is my first post in this forum. I would like to enter the contest for a new converter box. Although I'm a little confused? It states

You must complete the following three tasks to enter:

I can only find two tasks. Is this a trick question
