It seems like the only proof that ya'll will accept is someone bringing an antenna to your door and installing it for you free of charge, good luck with that. I am out of here

Yes, without ONE single difinitive comparative antenna post, we cannot believe your dish-thing captures signals from hundreds of miles away and it no doubt makes Coffee and French Toast for you in the morning for breakfast. Prove it? No difinitive responses to date.

We got the entire link. Again, thank you! TV Fool is just how the link looks in this BBS software.

Please try to stop sounding like a salesman. It defeats the purpose. Unless you are a saleman, in which case please disclose it. That would be pertinent, objective information.

Are you a professional installer? If you are, please say so. If not, please explain how you could possibly know any of this stuff.

Objective data, by definition, is something anybody can prove or disprove. In other words, we HAVE to pin you down, so later, when somebody else provides data, we can tell whether or not that new data confirms yours.

Not yet, they're not. Eventually, we'll get something. Science is unstoppable. Eventually somebody with several antennas, and a passion for science, will get hold of one of these Dishtennas and make a thorough report. What's frustrating is when people fail to appreciate the difference between objective and subjective, and don't understand why questioning and prodding is absolutely vital to scientific progress.

NOBODY IS ARGUING WITH YOU. We're very grateful for every little bit of information. We're just patiently, calmly, trying to extract enough information to make a tentative conclusion, which then can be verified, or contradicted, by reports from other qualified observers. That's what science is all about. It has NOTHING to do with making a sale, and everything to do with the slow, steady gathering of objective facts.

Please try to answer our simple questions with simple direct answers. There's absolutely no reason to get upset. Nobody is mad at you. By the way, to the forum, momby9!

    nbound-au,

Would rotating it 90 degrees change it to vertical polorization?

Yes, but considering they use satellite mounts for these, that would be a little hard to mount!
