Stephen J. Cannell certainly was one of the most prolific television show writers and producers. His 'cameo appearance' at the end of shows was perfect: banging away at his typewriter. R.I.P.

Yeah, I agree. He had a lot of humor about him. I remember too when he had a newsletter. I got a T-shirt that is around here somewhere. He had great rapport with fans.
