A&E and TLC: Reality Television Faked

Is anybody else starting to get the idea that every one of A&E and TLC's reality TV shows is faked?
I've posted on here about Cake Boss before, basically that the show seemed rehearsed and some of dialogue between the actors is delivered as if it had been written before hand.
But now that I've seen a few episodes of Duck Dynasty on A&E, I don't think there's one bit of that show that's real, other than the Robertson family owning a duck calling business called Duck Commander. More of my thoughts on Duck Dynasty here: Duck Dynasty: Fake Reality.
Lastly, I must admit, I've become a Storage Wars fan on A&E, mostly because of Berry Weiss and a few of the show's other characters but again, many of the scenes seem like they've been planned out, especially with the confrontations between cast members.
One of my favorite things to complain about with reality TV is when a camera man catches one of the cast members when they get a phone call from another cast member. As if they were just waiting for a phone call and the camera happened to be on the person receiving the call.
Not believing it for one second, it's all scripted.
