Has anyone else had difficulty dealing with Comcast people on the phone? Everytime that I have to call them, I go through the same problem with the security issue. They ask me the security question, and I fail; and then a fight breaks out. I basically end up saying that I get a bill every month, and I pay it; case closed. Has something like this happened to anyone else?
I don't understand why you would have a problem with this? It's to verify that you're who you say you are. You wouldn't want someone calling them claiming to be you for instance and making changes to your billing or address right?
They were a pain in the ass when I was trying to get service as well. What is it you're trying to do with them anyway? You're pretty ambiguous on that.
In fact, let me guess, you're paying your bill and they say that you're not?
