QAM channel list for Philadelphia, PA

Here's the channels I've found in the clear for QAM so far in my area:

3.1 KYW
8.2 WCAU
8.3 LWHD
12.1 WHYY
17.1 WPHL
23.2 39PBS
29.1 WTFX
57.1 WPSG

I suspect what you're seeing is not QAM channels, but rather PSIP remapping of QAM channels to their FCC-assigned virtual channel assignments.

The channels missing (if any) are probably there, but something is perhaps messed up with the PSIP they're providing, or the PSIP is getting corrupted by the remapping being done by the service provider.
