This started happening last week but does anyone know why my picture keeps freezing with Comcast Cable? I have to unplug and plug the cable box back in every time to make it start working again.

Call Comcast service. It's probably your cable box.

I have to agree that it is your cable box. Easy fix. If it's convenient, just take it to one of their "stores" and trade it in. Otherwise, call them and they'll come out and do a full check. Cable boxes defect all the time. I don't know how long they are made to last, but I don't think it's very long. There's a new model out every time I get a new one.
