How can I get a new Comcast DVR?

I've had an old Comcast box for quite sometime now (at least 4 years) and it seems to be running slow. I've been thinking about calling them to ask for a new one, but how should I go about it? Is there a certain DVR model I should ask for?

This is an official Comcast website where you have an option to enter your Street address and zip code. On doing so you will get the prices and offers on all the DVR that are available in your area.

You can always just unplug your DVR and take it with you to your nearest Comcast facility. They will simply take it back and give you a new one. When there, you can talk to them about what they have available for you.
