I turned on my TV this evening and every channel I change my Comcast box to, says that the channel will be available shortly. How can I fix it?

You call Comcast. Sounds like they have SDV in your local system and your box might not be tuning properly.

According to this thread, you're probably experiencing poor signal quality at your cable outlet. Try disconnecting your cable and checking it for loose connectors or even replacing the cable and plugging it back in. Try power cycling your Comcast set top box too.

Yeah that was my issue, several of my channels had that message and I got a higher quality coax cable and it fixed it instantly.

EDIT: After re reading the original post if all your channels are having that message come up it might be a service issue so you probably should give them a call if you haven't fixed it yet.
