I have a Comcast DTA box which is connect to my HDTV and when I tune to certain channels, I'm not able to get audio on them. I don't think the box is bad because it only happens on specific channels. What can I do to fix?

-Check ALL the connections.
-Power cycle everything.
-Call Comcast Customer Support.
