SB6120 vs SB6121 Motorola Cable Modems

Can anyone tell me the difference between the SB6120 and the SB6121? The SB6120 is almost $30 more, but both modems are DOCSIS 3.0 so what would be the advantage?

On/off switch and MoCA filter in the 6121. Nothing software wise, they even run the same f/w. I have the 6120, works fine. Get whatever is cheaper.
