I have an Analog DVR that is currently connected to Comcast cable without a digital converter. I know that if I obtain a DTA that I can record any channel that the DTA is set for but is there a way to record multiple shows on multiple channels? Does Comcast have a DTA that can be programmed to select multiple channels at various times? I realize that I am probably out of luck but I figured it cannot hurt to ask. Thanks in advance.
No I haven't called yet. Wanted to learn what I could before making that call.
I was going to say, even if you obtained multiple DTAs, I don't think that would get you the ability to record multiple channels, but it would allow you to watch one channel and record another through your DVR. You'd need a A/B switch probably for that setup. Welcome to the forum.

Never hurts to ask though. Have you tried calling Comcast about negotiating for a new DVR?
