Default Discarded Coupon Inadvertently

My coupon was inadvertently discarded. I have the reference number of the coupon. Is there any way I can receive the two $40 coupons that were destroyed with only the reference number? If not, is it possible to have the coupons reissued.

Thank you for your consideration.

Afraid not once you get two coupons they will not reissue them no matter what as of this time.
