I lost my Favourite Channels ?

I have lost my favorite channels after installing the converter box . How can i bring them back as before Please guide

After installing the converter box this is a very likely error to be followed , check to see if there is an automatic scan , some converter boxes does that automatically when installed itself.

Yes that worked will, I found this forum quite useful, I was not reading the user guide which was detailed in there.
