I got the converter box from HEB. A lady gave my husband a color TV but no antenna. The TV works as I used the antenna from another TV. I went to Best Buy to buy an antenna but when i got home the antenna end would not go on so I returned to Best buy. The young man PUSHED that end in and it screwed on. I got home and I cannot get the box to work. Did the young man ruin my box by pushing the end on and breaking through that space? I programed the other one without any trouble.

you know what might have happened is that the guy broke the little pin inside the coax lead in the screws in

those pins can snap if you use enough force
