plug the cvd508 up to my tv and it does not work good at all ,but as soon as i turn it off my tv shows a better picture with the box off than on ,The remote does not work caint get the meun or anything dont know it this thing is working or not.Need Help
When you turn on the CVD508 are you getting any kind of picture? Any channel information?
Do you see a "Weak Signal Message"?
Is there anything displayed on your screen that would indicate that your CVD508 is connected properly to your TV? Describe how you have your cables connected from your converter to your TV.
