Where can I find the channels I'm supposed to get with the converter box?

I'm trying to find out which channels I'm supposed to get with the converter box? Aren't I supposed to get CW?

After re-scanning I lost a channel that I previously got. How can I re-scan to add that channel. Once I select the channel can I stop the scanning than resume from that point. What exactly do I need to do?

What kind of converter box or TV w/ digital tuner do you own? Some have the capability to manually add a channel.
