Default Setting Time GE 22729
The program guide does not show the correct time. They are always 1hr behind. I checked the time zone for the device and it is set to Eastern which is correct.

Is any one fixed this issue?

Does it have an option for DST - Daylight Savings Time? Is it checked or unchecked?

I don't actually own this unit, so I'm not sure how much help I can give with trouble shooting...but are you located on the border of the Eastern Time Zone? Is it possible that you're receiving some channels in another time zone?

Hve you tried unchecking the DST box?

A temporary fix for now, would be to set the clock for a time zone an hour ahead of you.
