    Default Parental Control Password for directv

    I have a problem. I have forgotten the parental control password. Can I reset it? How?

    When you got your DirecTV installed, they should have given you a couple user manuals. I hope you saved them, because the reset is different depending on the make/model receiver. Reset instructions will be in there. If you don't have the manuals, I would start here: DIRECTV How do I use Parental Controls?

    Corny as it sounds, the dog ate the manual and it got tossed. I'll review the link.
