    DirecTV vs Dish Network Channels

    How well does DirecTV compare to Dish Network with total channels available? I'm trying to decide and looks like both services are about the same price right now. I'm looking mostly for HD channels.

    From what I have heard, DISH has fewer HD channels. DTV lately has lost several good channels though, like Comedy Channel and a few others.
