    "Problem communicating with dish (775)"

      I moved my TV this weekend from the north to the south side of my family room. I had to buy a longer coax cable to feed the HR24 receiver. When I connected everything, I received the following message, "Problem communicating with dish (775)."

      I have tried unplugging the DVR from the wall and plugging back in and I'm still getting the message. Any help?

      Check your cables. If there is a short or bad barrel or F connector that could cause a problem.
