Does Directv still have Standard digital DVRs?

Just looked up packages here in Los Angeles, and I don't see any more options for SD DVRs at Good TV. Better TV. DIRECTV.. Is it not longer available and when the heck did they start doing this? I'm not buying a TV for atleast a few years and I don't want to pay extra for HD!
