I'm just looking for honest opinions on Direct service. If you have it, is it worth the fee? I don't want to sign a big contract without knowing I'm going to get my money's worth. 1st post by the way, hello.
Depends on what you're expecting and what type of service you want. HD? DVR? Customer care probably rates about as well as can be expected with any large corporation with only one or two other competitors. Give us some more details about what you want, and welcome to the forum.
