I'm receiving errors saying that guide data hasn't downloaded. I tried unplugging the receiver but it still keeps giving me the same error messages. Anybody know what's wrong before I have to call DirecTV?
Need more details. Have you ever activated your receiver? What kind of receiver is it? Have you done anything different like move the receiver or disconnected it since it has been giving you this problem?
