Dish Network's membership with the Better Business Bureau expired on July 30, 2009. Look here.

Notice the wonderful rating they have as well. I suppose Charles in charge doesn't really care.

They can renew it whenever they get around to it. Having a membership with the BBB isn't that big a deal you know, and it's easy enough to renew it if you have a few minutes.

This is true but that "F" rating is a discrace.

I don't put any credence in the BBB myself. They side with the merchant unless they get the same complaint over and over. And customers with the hottest tempers are the one's that take the time to file. Everyone happy doesn't even know a company is on BBB or what BBB does.

Mainly BBB takes a big check every year from the company for just looking pretty.

Yeah but to have an F with BBB siding with Merchants is pretty bad with DirecTV IMHO.
