Because I don't have a computer my sister sent my request in. It confimed but she got her coupons months ago and I still don't have mind. The original reference number is 40502133 I tried reapplying but it wont let me although I have a new reference # 40494112. Please let me know what is going on.

This number 40502133 came up rejected duplicate application

But this number 40494112 came up with the message below.

Also note it doesn't show your address or name or anything like that. So all I can tell is the numbers gave me and what the govt web site returned.
