I have seen numerous new CECBs in the classified ads for $15.00 to $20.00. You don't need a coupon for these. You would pay almost the same price if you had a coupon and purchased the CECB from a retailer.

I very recently bought a DTVPal Plus for $33 including shipping. With a coupon it's $23, but it's also a very sought after box.

I had already used my coupons so new it $66.
