i think for Philly need get an rooftop antenna if want get an signal without multipath issues because the state composition is many hills and mountains which can complicate any DTV reception in any system, i seen when we was testing in Chile ATSC they in stores in the sony Stands used an paperclip as antenna a could get the channel 13 HD without many problems of multipath.
