HD SIGNAL with commercials
how come when i watch a show on channel 65-1 and its fine, then it goes to commercials and pixelates so bad then the show comes on and it back to square one. im only asking about the difference between shows and commercials, not trying to figure out any problems or direction to station issues. only thing i could begin to figure out on my own is that the bandwidth or compression of the stream of the show im watching is less than the commercial quality which being far away would make sense. like Uverse SD vs HD, you pull more bandwidth watching an HD stream than a SD stream.

Simple the bitrate rate of the commercials may be higher than the TV show that makes that the signal received become weak by the payload rate and the pixellation start till the TV show goes back to air with lower payload and the signal gets stable
Att U verse uses DVB-iptv which is an European system of TV broadcast, so wouldn't surprise me heard bad comments about that system
