I had lost my coupon and just found it. It has expired. How can I reapply for the coupon?

Sorry to say this, but the program ended a month ago. The last day to apply for coupons or file an appeal was July 31. You might try asking family, friends and co-workers if anyone has an unused but valid coupon lying around. Same with church, social organizations and the like. Whatever you do, don't pay for one -- it's illegal to sell them at any price.

Try eBay or Craigslist too, you can buy a used converter box on either of those sites for about the same price as buying new with a DTV coupon.
