Expired Cards

How can I get replacement cards for the ones that I have that are expired?

as far as i know there is no replacement for converter box coupons. i was told you can only get one chance at getting the card. i tried to get a replacement for a card that i did not received. i was informed that if you asked for two coupons you will not get another one if lost or expired so i guess you are out of luck. they said that they may post if they decide to change their minds about expired,lost or never received coupons

As Betty stated, the government at this time, is not allowing for expired coupon holders to re-apply.

If a consumer requests only one coupon and it expires before it is used, then they can apply for a second coupon. Once two coupons have been issued to that household, the consumer will no longer be eligible to request any more coupons. Coupons expire 90 days after they are mailed.
