I can't use ANY outdoor antennas and my rabbit ears have been a bit flakey this past month with all the bad weather here.
Is there a indoor TV antenna that performs generally better than others?

Whats your location (city, rural) and what are you using now (amplified/ unamplified?)The more info you give the more these people can help!
Yes we need your TVFool and the building materials of your location, siding, roofing, etc.
The real question is what is the best antenna for my situation.....not what is the best antenna.

ChristiP,
Please tell us why you can't use an outdoor antenna. Depending on your situation, you may be able to use an outdoor antenna per a Federal Government ruling you can read about here: FCC Fact Sheet on Placement of Antennas In many cases the Federal Law supercedes condo 'regulations', neighborhood covenents and the like.
