    Default recption

    I can get good reception on most channels in the early a.m. and then loose them before noon. Then very late at night it comes back in.why?

    charlene, welcome to the forum.

    Basically it's because of the way the atmosphere changes at night until the sun "burns" off the effect in the morning.

    I wrote a short post on it earlier.

    Why Stations come in from farther away at night?

    If it doesn't make sense I would be glad to expand on the explanation
