You have a few vhf channels so go with the CM7777 and mount it close as possible to the antenna.

    Per above:

Bill asked for our recommendations about various types of signal amplifiers. I agree with Tim, the Channel Master 7777 has an excellent reputation because it adds very little noise/distortion (confusion) to digital TV signals and when signal amplifiers are actually required ... it is a very good choice. However, I usually prefer to relocate the existing antenna (up/down/right/left/forward/back) - or physically improve it - or choose a better suited antenna to work with.

Some preamps are not designed to use direct current (DC) "injected" into the coaxial cable, so how can you get power to an amplifier or a pre-amplifier without creating a birdsnest of additional or complicated wiring?

Answer: OTA users can take advantage of specialized products from several manufacturers and most of them were originally intended for satellite dish reception. These coaxial cables have additional copper wires 'molded' into the side of their outer 'jackets'. The 4th photo shows a combo-coax that was originally designed to carry both cable TV and hard-wired telephone which is PERFECT to power your antenna rotor (rotator) for multidirectional OTA FREE reception. I wish I had known about it being available years ago.

The twin-RG-6 Coax in the third photo would be PERFECT for a free OTA viewer who has an A/B antenna switch (assuming both antennas are on the same mast).

These coax alternatives can be found and purchased online but are not usually stocked locally. However, per (photo #1) my local Lowe's store has RCA RG-6 with one additional single copper wire in stock, today.
