Our converter box outputs a bunch of garbage half the time to our TV. We're using the same ole antenna we've had since 82 and it's never given us any problem before the transition. I went to antennaweb and it perscribes a large antenna but we've already got that and I'm running out of ideas and I don't want to subscribe to cable.
It's 27 years old and likely corroded. You need a new one, probably, along with new coax and connectors.
