That'll be a tough one. If you were to get an antenna, how high would you be able to mount it? 40'?

Anything is possible because you don't till you try, but your odds are very very low.
Is the cabin in a forest and is 40 ft still in the trees?
Sometimes if there is a hill close to you between you and the station, you can point at the top of the hill and pick up UHF stations in that direction that don't show on TVFool.
But if you are in a relativity flat or just rolling forest and the foliage is higher than 40 ft, the odds go to about zero.
Looks like on Google Maps your hunting is right next to a bunch of ballistic missile silos?
Another idea if there is any space between the trees is portable satellite, since it seems you have some kind of 120VAC power.

Did you use address entry or the mapping tool on tvfool.com? If you used the address entry, it may be incorrect, and results may be different than the map tool page.
TV Fool Mapping Tool
Drag the red dot on the map to your exact location and enter the antenna height below the map. Then, click "Make Radar Plot"

He basically did the same thing. He went somewhere, found the coordinates to cabin and used them. The TVFool result references coordinates, not an address.
I didn't look close at his terrain. But I helped a guy in Arkansas I where he lived 400 ft from a hill. He put the pole on the hill, and ran RG-11 down the hill, worked well. He then had 2 stations. Lot of work I guess for 2 stations but he said they were what he needed. He put a telephone pole in the ground on the top of hill, then we called Winegard and they said their amps would work through about 600 ft of RG11.
So it's possible to put in free standing somewhere close and receive also.

Oil field storage tanks and saltwater injection wells is what im around. mesquite trees not much taller than 20 ft. There is quite a bit of elevation change. I used lat and long coordinates to determine my tvfool. No physical address. Out in rurual texas. i figured 40 foot antenna based on what my terrain is. I can get satellite tv but dont want to spend the money every month. Im only at my lease on weekends October through January.

Quite a few of those around. I call 'em "lightning' bait" LOL
OTA is popular in several rural counties around here even for people with satellite subscriptions, because we're stuck in the Springfield, MO DMA. To get NW Arkansas TV news, sports and severe weather reports, OTA is the only way.

I warned him that he was building lighting bait. He said the one good thing were tall trees behind the antenna, but he said we was going to ground it.
Hope he did. I even suggested half way down the hill to put a ground block to distribute his ground.
But hey, lightning gets hungry too... live and let live, not..........

What type of TV do you have at your primary residence? If you had satellite TV, you could get a multi room receiver package and take one of the receivers to the other location !! You would still have to find a used dish, but they are not that hard to find.
